This trail starts from the beach of Playa de Aguilar and runs along the coast of Muros de Nalón for 4,5 kms until reaching the beaches of Playas del Garruncho y la Guardada on the left handside of the river mouth of the Nalón river (San Esteban).

It is an easy route to do and from it you can get impressive views of the Asturian coast between Deva Island and the Vídio Lighthouse.

During the tour there are several viewpoints where you can stop to contemplate this coastal landscape and also numerous recreational areas where you can rest and take strength to continue your journey.
